Darnell Gibson, born and raised in Washington, DC, relocated his family to Charlotte, NC in 2022 to fulfill his lifelong dream of establishing a family business. He brings over 15 years of property maintenance expertise to Carnell & Company. Darnell knows that excellent execution and genuinely caring about customers are the keys to success. He is committed to ensuring each project reflects his dedication and craftsmanship. When you work with Darnell, you’re partnering with a seasoned professional who finds joy in delivering tangible results.

Darnell has been married to Crystal for 10 years and is the father of six children and grandfather of two. Outside of the office, Darnell enjoys spending time with his family, completing projects around his home, repairing cars, and watching the Washington Commanders football team.

Crystal Gibson, a Maryland native, shares a dream with her husband, Darnell, of establishing a family business. Crystal brings over 20 years of experience in customer service, HR, and finance to her role as the behind-the-scenes office manager. Together, they are creating a legacy for their six children and two grandchildren.

Fostering genuine relationships motivates Crystal every day – she thrives on getting to know each client, their home repair needs, and making sure they are happy throughout the project. Our clients love working with her, just as much as she loves working with them!

Outside the office, Crystal enjoys planning events, capturing special moments through photography, redecorating homes, and crafting.
